Naman Ambavi
I am currently the founder of
Oximy, an SF-based startup backed by
Y Combinator. We're building the control tower for AI at work. Before this, I was a founding member at Induced, building AI-first tools to make sense of unstructured web data. Before that, I spent 3.5 years co-founding
Easocare, where we touched 800K+ lives across the Indian pharmaceutical supply chain.
Apart from my professional life, I actively volunteer at SRMD a global non-profit spiritual organisation; specifically in AI, software, management & events.

Travelling to over 23+ countries, I have been fortunate to meet a lot of new people and that's played a pivotal role in a lot of my thinking and values. A few things I have realised over time:
- Prioritizing rapid execution and focusing on areas of high enthusiasm not only cuts through non-essential activities but also maximizes impact and learning from direct experience
- True innovation involves moving beyond competition by establishing monopolies in new, unexplored markets to unlock distinctive value
- "Your network is your net worth", Reid Hoffman's quote is something I've come to appreciate over time. Building relationships with people who are smarter than you, who challenge you and who are willing to help you grow
